Gross Brown represents Sudameris in $45m financing for Interbarge
Paraguayan law firm Gross Brown has represented Sudameris in a USD $45,000,000 senior loan financing for Interbarge.
This is the fourth and largest transaction of its kind between Sudameris Bank and Interbarge of Paraguay, involving the creation of a multi-jurisdictional security package, including the creation of ship mortgages on vessels under the flags of Liberia and Bolivia.
