Cleary in refinancing of América Móvil revolving credit facility
Cleary Gottlieb has advised América Móvil, as borrower, in connection with the refinancing of its $2.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility with BBVA Mexico, as administrative agent for a syndicate of lenders.
The facility closed on 13 February. Ritch Mueller acted as Mexican counsel to BBVA Mexico.
América Móvil is a leading provider of telecommunications services in Latin America.
