i2a Advogados announces two new partners
i2a Advogados has announced the promotion of Alexis Borowik (pictured left)and Camilla Brandão (pictured right) to partners, thus strengthening its Corporate/M&A, Real Estate and Forest Investments (Timberland) areas.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the corporate and M&A area, Alexis has been a member of the firm’s team since it was founded. He has a law degree from Faculdade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law from Insper. In his career, Alexis has advised domestic and foreign clients on M&A transactions and various investments, especially in the technology, regulated entities in the financial and capital markets, and real estate sectors.
Camilla has also been a lawyer at the firm since its inception. With more than 15 years of practice, she has a bachelor’s degree in law and an MBA in Health Innovation Management from the Butantan Institute. In her career, Camilla has advised national and foreign clients on real estate transactions in general, involving urban and rural properties for various purposes, as well as forestry investment projects.
