Stocche Forbes and Pinheiro Neto advise on Minerva’s issue

Stocche Forbes advised the issuer and Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriters on the 1th issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, for public distribution, under the automatic registration procedure, of Minerva.

The transaction value was BRL 500 million.
