PMK strengthens its practices with new partner Ricardo Stuber
PMK Advogados announced the addition of Ricardo Stuber (pictured), as a new partner in the capital markets and real estate finance areas. Stuber will also contribute to the firm’s work in agribusiness and sustainable investments.
The firm recently relocated its headquarters from São Paulo to Faria Lima, expanding its space to accommodate a significant increase in its membership. With over 20 years of experience, Stuber has led numerous operations in the financial, real estate, and agribusiness sectors, including CRI, CRA, CR, FII, FIP, and FIDC issuances, as well as advising foreign investors in Brazil on financial restructurings and corporate reorganizations.
Ricardo holds a law degree from PUC-SP, a Certificate in Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and an LL.M. in International Legal Practice from IE Law School, with an extension at Northwestern School of Law.
