BMA assisted Gera in the sale of its investment funds to NY VI FIP
BMA Advogados assisted Gera Capital in the sale of the remaining interest of one of its investment funds in the capital stock of Grupo Salta Educação (formerly Eleva) – an elementary school network with nearly 130,000 students and important brands, such as Pensi and Elite, out of a total of 22 brands – to NY VI Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia – Responsabilidade Limitada, and Grupo Salta Educação on the investment of such investment fund through the issue and subscription of new shares; thus, at the end of the transaction, the total interest acquired and subscribed by the relevant investment fund was 7% of Grupo Salta Educação’s capital stock.
