DLA Piper advises Harness on acquisition of Split

DLA Piper advised Harness, a software delivery platform, in the acquisition of Split Software, a leading feature management and experimentation provider.

The acquisition will aid Harness in expanding its capabilities in support of software customers and aim to increase efficiencies and innovation in the realm of DevOps.

The DLA Piper Argentina that advised Harness was led by partner Martín Mittelman (Buenos Aires) and included of counsel Juan Pablo Reverendo and associates Rocío Yu and Milagros Padilla (all of Buenos Aires).

The DLA Piper US team that advised Harness on tax matters was led by partner Sang Kim (Seattle) and included of counsel Carlos Vaca Valverde (Washington, DC).
