Pinheiro Neto advise on the AXS Energia Unit 08 issue
Pinheiro Neto advised on the 1st issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in one serie, with rem guarantee, by AXS Energia Unidade 08, as per CVM 160.
The proceeds from this issuance will be allocated to finance the construction and operation of nine distributed generation solar projects situated in the states of Paraná, Mato Grosso, Goiás, and São Paulo, Brazil. These solar generation projects will collectively have an installed capacity of approximately 32 megawatts-peak (MWp) and are anticipated to be operational by January 2025.
