Cepeda advises on Vammo’s first venture debt operation

Cepeda Advogados advised Vammo, a startup specializing in electric motorcycle rentals, along with investment managers EXT Capital and Solis Investimentos, on their first venture debt operation.

The operation, structured as debt, resulted in EXT Capital raising R$ 30 million to fund the expansion of Vammo’s electric motorcycle fleet and battery swapping service.

Cepeda relied on partner Marinis Pigossi (pictured) and lawyer Andressa Gonçalves.
