Several firms act on the acquisition of NSX/Betnacional by Flutter
Coelho & Dalle Advogados and Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised NSX Brasil, owner of Betnacional, Mr. Jack and Pagbet, on the sale of 56% of its shares to the betting platform Flutter, which was advised by the law firms Demarest Advogados and Arthur Cox LLP.
The transaction involved R$ 1.9 billion (USD 350 million). The deal also provides for the acquisition of the remaining 44% in up to 10 years, in an operation that could exceed R$5 billion (USD1 billion).
The operation includes meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with local laws to guarantee the success of the transaction. Betnacional’s Brazilian partners will continue to lead the local operation.
