TCA helps Minera Exar in the creation of Notes issuance program
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has helped Minera Exar, in the creation of the program for the issuance of simple negotiable notes (not convertible into shares) for a maximum amount outstanding at any time of up to U$S500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value).
The transaction was authorized by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) on August 14.
EXAR is an Argentine company engaged in the development and production of lithium carbonate in the Cauchari-Olaroz Salar, where the “Cauchari-Olaroz Plant” is located, in the province of Jujuy, Argentina.
The company is in the production start-up phase and has the installed capacity to reach a production of 40,000 tons per year of “quality/battery” lithium carbonate.
This milestone marks a turning point for the mining industry, opening up new investment opportunities and setting a precedent for future companies in the sector.
