Pinheiro Neto acts as deal counsel on LM Transportes issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel to the underwriters and the issuer on the 10th issue of simple unsecured debentures, non-convertible into shares, for public distribution, in single series, under the automatic rite, issued by LM Transportes Interestaduais Serviços e Comércio, in accordance with CVM 160. The transaction value was BRL 1.5 billion.

Pinheiro Neto advised UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Bradesco BBI as underwriters and LM Transportes Interestaduais Serviços e Comércio as issuer, and relied on partner Ricardo Russo (pictured), counsel Camila M. Derisio, associates Renata Gaspar and Henrique Sampaio Hennies Pratas da Costa.
