Lefosse has acted as advisor for Empresa de Transmissão de Energia do Mato Grosso – ETEM, on the first issuance of 30.000 thirty thousand non-convertible debentures, in single series, in the total amount of BRL 30 million, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended.
