Pinheiro Neto advise on issuance of debentures by LM Transportes
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 11th issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, for public distribution, in two series, under the automatic registration procedure, by LM Transportes Interestaduais Serviços e Comércio.
The transaction value was BRL 500 million.
