ACR counsels Nivelat in sale to Talana
ACR Legal has counselled the shareholders of Nivelat in the sale of its shareholding to Talana, a company specialized in technological solutions for human resources management. Bofill Mir advised Talana.
The intention of the parties is to strengthen Talana in the human resources software market in Latin America, offering a comprehensive platform for people management, so the founders of Nivelat join Talana, leading the integration of both platforms.
Nivelat has a platform specialized in business training which has OTEC certification, which allows the management of SENCE benefits by companies, which incorporates Talana’s human resources management platform.
