Dias Carneiro announces strategic leadership restructuring

Dias Carneiro announces a strategic refinement in its corporate governance structure. Effective this month, the firm transitions to a co-managing partnership model, appointing André Melo Ribeiro, Antonio Amendola, and Thiago Vallandro Flores (pictured from left to right) as Co-Managing Partners, replacing the traditional CEO/COO and Executive Committee structure.

This shift aims at enhancing the firm’s agility to implement strategic decisions in the context of a fast-evolving and highly competitive market as well as promoting collaborative institutional decision-making.
