Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Nutrisens, a portfolio company of the global private equity fund Sagard, on the acquisition of Prodiet Nutrição Clínica, which was advised by ASGV Advogados.
The transaction value was not disclosed. Subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.
