Stocche Forbes advised Engie on the public offering of the debentures of the 14th issuance, which benefit from the incentives of the Law 12.431/2011, in the total amount of BRL 2 billion. Machado Meyer advised the underwriters Banco Safra, BTG Pactual Investment Banking, Banco Votorantim, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Santander (Brasil).
The proceeds from the issuance will be used in the Santo Agostinho and Assuruá wind complexes, the Assu Sol solar complex and the Gavião Real energy transmission line.
