SNA and Veirano advise on the issuance of CRA by Éxes
Santos Neto Advogados and Veirano Advogados advised on the issuance of 100,000 Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables by Éxes Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 100 million, in a single tranche.
The issuance of the Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) was backed by agribusiness receivables resulting from a CPRF – Financial Rural Product Note issued by Bioenergética Vale do Paracatú.
Bioenergética Vale do Paracatú is a technologically advanced plant in Brazil for the production of ethanol, sugar, and the co-generation of electricity.
