Stocche Forbes and Machado Meyer advised on the public offering of debentures issued by Companhia Catarinense de Águas e Sanemanto – CASAN pursuant to CVM 160, in three series, two of which received the tax incentives set forth by Law No. 12,431/2011, in the total amount of BRL 625 million.
