Pinheiro Neto concludes Sanofi deal worth close to 10 billion euros
Pinheiro Neto advised on the transaction in which Sanofi completed the sale to CD&R of a 50% controlling stake in Opella, retaining a 48.2% stake and Bpifrance holding 1.8%.
The transaction had a net cash value of close to 10 billion euros.
Pinheiro Neto relied on partner Marcos Chaves Ladeira (pictured), associate Raphaela Almeida Morais Varella, Rodrigo Szasz Gaia, José Eduardo Santin.
Freshfields LLP also advised at this transaction and relied on associates Olesya Dianov and Hana Dowidar, trainee Maham Shafiq.
