Pinheiro Neto advise ODR Health on its issuance of debentures
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as counsel to ODR Health SPE on its 1st issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, of the secured type, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in two single series, for public distribution, in accordance with CVM 160.
The transaction value was BRL 130 million. Banco Bradesco BBI acted as lead underwriter.
