Machado Meyer advises Be8 on its 3rd issue of simple debentures
Machado Meyer advised Be8 on its 3rd issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, secured, in a single series, for public distribution, under CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 250 million.
The net funds raised through the issue will be used by the issuer for the ordinary management of the company’s business, including, but not limited to, the management of the issuer’s liabilities and cash reinforcement. This allocation of funds is relevant to the market and to the agribusiness sector, given that the issuer is currently one of the largest companies in the biofuels sector in Brazil, which is one of the main sources of renewable energy in the country.
