Machado Meyer and Lefosse advise on Ânima Holding issue

Machado Meyer and Lefosse advised on the 7th issuance of 150,000 non-convertible debentures of Ânima Holding, in single series, in the total amount of BRL 150 million, pursuant to CVM 160.

The debentures are fully guaranteed by corporate guarentee by Instituto Brasileiro de Medicina de Reabilitação; Rede Educacional do Brasil; Sociedade de Educação Ritter dos Reis and Instituto de Educação Unicuritiba. The proceeds of the offering will be used for ordinary corporate purposes and for company’s cash injection.
