FreitasLeite Advogados advises on Jubarte BGS fund issue
FreitasLeite acted as deal counsel in the issuance and public offering of subclass A shares by Jubarte BGS Logística de Grãos Desenvolvimento FII – Responsabilidade Limitada.
The offering, exclusively targeted at professional investors under the automatic registration regime pursuant to CVM 160, raised R$152,338,000.00 with BTG Pactual as lead coordinator.
The Fund is a closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Jubarte Asset Management Ltda. and administered by BTG Pactual. It focuses on acquiring real estate properties for developing grain and seed storage silos in strategic agribusiness locations throughout Brazil.
