BVA advises on the acquisition of Stark by Apex Partners
BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados advised on the transaction involving the acquisition of all the shares in the digital investment bank Stark Investment Banking by Apex Partners, an investment and financial services platform.
With the acquisition, Apex Partners marks its expansion into the southern region of Brazil. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
BVA included partners Felipe Barreto Veiga, Rafael Teixeira and Gabriel Abdalla (pictured from left to right), as well as lawyers Henrique Mareze, Carla Matos Silva, Renata Anspach and Enzo Gebrin.
