Pinheiro Neto and BMA advise on Shopping Interlagos acquisition

BMA advised Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, CDPQ and other individuals from the Carvalho family on the sale of 50% of Shopping Interlagos, located in São Paulo/SP and 50% of Intermarcos Administradora, the management company of Shopping Interlagos, to companies in the Savoy Group, which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.

As a result of the transaction, the Savoy Group became the indirect owner of the entire Shopping Interlagos and the entire corporate capital of administradora.
