Demarest and Machado Meyer advise Bali Brasil on notes issuance
Demarest and Machado Meyer advised on the first issuance of book-entry commercial notes, in a single series, for public distribution, through the automatic registration procedure, by Bali Brasil Serviços de Banda Larga, in the total amount of R$ 350 million, according to CVM 160.
The financial resources raised through the Issuance will be allocated for the acquisition of Zaaz Provedor de Internet e Telecomunicações and the remaining amount, if any, for liability management of Zaaz Provedor de Internet e Telecomunicações.
Demarest advised Bali Brasil, SKY, Zaaz and relied on partner Cristina Tomiyama (pictured left), Julia Lobo Dutra (pictured center-left), associate Isabela Bernacchio, Paola Liberman.
