Lefosse advise on the issuance of commercial notes of Prolog
Lefosse has acted as deal counsel in the 1st issuance of commercial notes in single series, of Prolog Empreendimentos, in the total amount of BRL 80 million, coordinated by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira acting as lead underwriter, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended, and other applicable law and regulation.
The net proceeds raised through the Issuance shall be used by theiIssuer to strengthen its cash position.
