Lefosse advised the issuer; Monteiro Rusu advised the underwriters on the 1st issuance of financial notes, for public distribution, of Stellantis Financiamentos Sociedade de Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, under the terms of CVM 8, under the best-efforts placement regime, in the total final amount of BRL 1.7 billion.
