BVA and Veirano advise on The LED-Kinea transaction
BVA advised The LED, one of Brazil’s leading companies in digital panel solutions, has completed its BRL150 million capital raise carried out through Kinea Private Equity V Master FIP Multiestratégia, a fund managed by Kinea Investimentos, which was represented by Veirano Advogados.
Such transaction represents the most relevant investment ever made in the led panels and media in store sectors in Brazil.
BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados relied on partner Felipe Barreto Veiga (pictured left), Rafael Teixeira and Gabriel Abdalla, as well as Samir Hauache, Edigard Macedo and Enzo Gebrin, and Lethycia Florencio.
Veirano Advogados relied on partners Carolina Amadeu Vasconcelos Rossini (pictured right) and Mauricio Negri Paschoal, associados Victor Cogliati Boccardo, Lucas Sales, Leticia Silva Mecenas.
The deal also involved Galapagos Capital, acting as The LED’s exclusive financial advisor.
