Multiple firms advise on Eldorado USD 500M senior notes

TozziniFreire acted as a Brazilian counsel to Eldorado Brasil Celulose on the issuance and sale of 8.500% senior notes due 2032 in the aggregate principal amount of USD 500 million, by the Eldorado Intl. Finance GmbH, guaranteed by the Cellulose Eldorado Austria GmbH, and publicly offered through Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco BTG Pactual – Cayman Branch, Citigroup Global Markets, BB Securities Limited, Credit Agricole Securities (USA), Itau BBA USA Securities, and Mizuho Securities USA.

The issuance aims, primarily, to the repay Eldorado Brazil’s bilateral debts and represents a highly complex transaction, marked by numerous challenges throughout.
