Lefosse advises on BRL 2bn Endurance FIDC structuring

Lefosse acted as deal counsel to Serasa, Pague Veloz Instituição de Pagamento and Itaú BBA on the structuring of Endurance Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditorios (FIDC), a credit rights investment fund, which investment policy is to acquire credit rights arising from financial transactions made through credit cards. Such credit rights are assigned by Serasa and PagueVeloz. Serasa and PagueVeloz are Brazilian subsidiares of Experian group, a data and technology powerhouse, with presence in over 30 countries worldwide. The transaction value was BRL 2 billion.
