TozziniFreire and Lefosse advised on the second issuance of book-entry commercial notes by Pisani Plásticos, in three series, in the amount of up to BRL 60 million, for public distribution in the local capital market, with the intermediation of Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira.
The structuring and execution of the second issuance of book-entry commercial notes involved navigating complex requirements applicable to public offerings in the local capital market.
The process demanded coordination between multiple stakeholders, including the issuer, financial advisors, and guarantors, to ensure compliance with disclosure obligations and distribution rules.
