Cescon Barrieu advises on Araguaia CRA offering

Cescon Barrieu advised Araguaia, as debtor, and the lead underwriter on the public offering, under CVM 160, of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRAs), of the senior class, in 4 series, and of the subordinated class, without division into subclasses, of the 436th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by agribusiness receivables represented by commercial notes, issued by Araguaia, directed at professional investors, in the total amount of BRL 200 million.

The lead underwriter of the offering was Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira.
