Dias Carneiro advises on Eco Securitizadora’s CRA issuance
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), structured in senior, mezzanine, and subordinated classes, by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, in the total amount of BRL 750 million.
The issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) was backed by agribusiness receivables from commercial notes issued by Alibem Alimentos, which operates in the pork production sector, focusing on the breeding, management, and supply of animals for the agro-industrial chain.
