Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Cast Informática on the public offering of the company’s first issue of commercial paper, carried out in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 40 million.

The transaction, structured by Caixa Econômico Federal in the Brazilian market, reinforces the firm’s expertise in capital market transactions, especially in corporate debt issuances.
