Stocche Forbes advises Notre Dame on Pátria investment

Stocche Forbes advised Notre Dame to receive an investment from Pátria Gestora de Recursos, through the constitution of an investment fund for the acquisition of an area destined for the construction of a 250 beds hospital in Av. Brigadeiro Luiz Antonio, a premium location in São Paulo-SP, and its subsequent lease for 20 years.

Stocche Forbes has also advised Notre Dame in the structuring of the Real Estate Investment Fund, whose shares were used as part of the paymet for the property. The transaction value was BRL 500 million.
