Mattos Filho advises Sabesp on strategics acquisitions

Mattos Filho advised Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp on the acquisition of 100% of the quotas of Oceania Fundo de Investimento em Ações and, indirectly, of 23.17% of the common shares and 9.22% of the total capital stock of EMAE – Empresa Metropolitana de Águas e Energia.

Upon completion of the transaction, Sabesp will hold approximately 80% of EMAE’s total capital stock.
