Mattos Filho advised Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade on connection with the expansion project of São Paulo Metro Line 4.
The project involves the execution of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreement for a 3.3 km extension of the line, including the construction of two new stations (Chácara do Jockey, in the Butantã district, and Taboão da Serra) representing the first extension of the metro system beyond the city limits of São Paulo, with an approximate investment of BRL 3.4 billion and financing provided by the World Bank. Excavations began on March 24.
Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados relied on partner Thiago Moreira (pictured) and associates Carlos Herculano Capeletti Cubillas and Aline Piteres Porto.
