Demarest advise CSN on the acquisition of an stake in GaussFleet

Demarest advised CSN Inova Ventures, CSN’s corporate venture capital, on the acquisition of an additional stake in Global Dot Com (GaussFleet), a company in which it was already a majority shareholder, representing a final 95% equity interest.
