Stocche Forbes and Demarest advise on Reuso Itaboraí issue

Stocche Forbes advised Reuso Itaboraí, part of the AEGEA Group, on its first issuance of secured debentures with additional personal guarantees, Demarest advised Banco Santander (Brasil).

The debentures totaling an approximate amount of BRL 400 million, intended to fund an infrastructure project in the water and sanitation sectors, consisting of the implementation, operation, and maintenance of facilities for the additional treatment of effluents and their subsequent conveyance to the delivery point located at the GasLub Itaboraí complex.
