Serur appoints a new head of governance and compliance
Serur, has announced the promotion of Danielle Santiago de Carvalho to head of governance and compliance. The appointment is part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to strengthen and professionalize its administrative functions, in line with its broader strategy of expansion and institutional development.
Holding a degree in Business Administration, as well as an MBA and a specialization in Corporate Governance from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), Danielle brings over 25 years of experience in the corporate environment. Throughout her career, she has worked at major companies such as Accenture and Oi, where she stood out for her strong technical background, ability to structure processes, and strategic vision focused on growth.
In her new role, Danielle will focus on enhancing governance and compliance practices within the firm, while also contributing to the development of solutions that help clients manage risks and make informed decisions in increasingly complex legal environments.
