André Menescal hires Natália Dias as partner

André Menescal Advogados has hired Natália Dias as a partner, strengthening the firm’s footprint in Southeast Brazil — particularly in Rio de Janeiro — and expanding its Corporate practice. The move is part of the firm’s broader geographic growth strategy in key Brazilian markets.

Natália Dias brings solid experience in corporate law, advising on corporate transactions, reorganizations, and strategic corporate governance matters.She holds a postgraduate degree from the Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and an LL.M. in Law and Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She is the founder of the podcast “Manda pro Jurídico!” and co-founder of the Association of Corporate Counsel Brasil. She also serves on the Legal Support Board of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Seccional Rio de Janeiro) and is active as a lecturer and speaker on communication and professional development within the legal market.
