BVA advises The LED on BRL 60m notes issue
BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados has advised The LED, a Brazilian company specialising in digital panel solutions, on the public offering of its second issuance of commercial notes worth BRL 60 million. Bradesco BBI acted as lead underwriter in the transaction.
The operation provides greater fundraising flexibility for the digital panel market and strengthens the company’s access to capital markets — a sector that requires significant credit capacity to support investment, modernisation and expansion. The issuance marks a further step in The LED’s growth trajectory within Brazil’s capital markets landscape.
BVA team was led by partner Felipe Barreto Veiga, and co-led by Rafael Teixeira, partner in Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, alongside Samir Hauache, coordinator of Banking and Capital Markets. The team also included Edigard Macedo and Enzo Gebrin, from the same practice area.
