Cescon Barrieu advises Hedge on BRL 310m FII offer
Cescon Barrieu advised Hedge Investments Real Estate Gestão de Recursos and Hedge Investments Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários in connection with the primary public offering of the 11th issuance of quotas of the single class of Hedge Brasil Shopping Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário de Responsabilidade Limitada, in the final amount of R$ 310,238,952.08.
The offering was carried out under the automatic registration procedure for distribution pursuant to CVM 160, as amended.
