Skadden advises Fibra SOMA on $800M bond
Fibra SOMA, a Mexican real estate investment trust (FIBRA), has returned to international capital markets with the issuance of US$800 million in unsecured senior notes due 2036. The proceeds will be used primarily to refinance existing debt, including bank loans. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom acted as legal counsel to Fibra SOMA on the transaction.
