Cepeda Advogados adds a new partner
Cepeda Advogados has brought back João Victor de Nadai Francisco as partner and co-head of its tax practices focused on financial and capital markets, the investment industry, and private wealth management, following a period in which he held an executive role at a capital markets institution.
João Victor de Nadai Francisco had previously spent four years at Cepeda Advogados, during which he contributed to the development of the firm’s tax practice. He subsequently moved to an executive position at a capital markets institution focused on wealth planning, where he deepened his practical understanding of investment structures and industry dynamics before returning to the firm as partner.
His practice covers tax advisory for investment funds and other financial and capital markets products, local and offshore structures, trusts, and estate and succession planning. He advises asset managers, fiduciary administrators, institutional investors, business families, and high-net-worth individuals, with an integrated approach spanning capital markets, regulatory, corporate, and wealth planning matters.
