Lefosse advises on Ypê CRI issuance
Lefosse advised on the 582nd issuance of real estate receivables (CRI) by Opea Securitizadora, structured in a senior class and a subordinated class, for a total amount of BRL 70 million. The offering was made available exclusively to professional investors through a public distribution coordinated by Banco Votorantim, acting as lead underwriter.
The CRI is backed by real estate credit rights arising from the 1st issuance of commercial notes, in two series, privately issued by WB Administração de Imóveis. The net proceeds from the issuance will be fully allocated by WB Administração to cover expenses, costs, and charges directly related to the construction of a distribution center for Química Amparo, the client behind the transaction and the commercial brand Ypê.
Lefosse relied on partner Bruno Massis and associates Marcela Venturacci and Luísa Mourão.
