PMK advises Vero on CRI issuance

PMK advised Vero, in its capacity as lead arranger, on the structuring and fundraising of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) for Encore Empreendimentos, in a transaction totaling BRL 30,100,000. The proceeds from the operation will be directed toward completing the construction of the Maranville Condominium, located in Sinop, Mato Grosso.

The transaction represents another stage in Encore Empreendimentos’ capital cycle, with the CRI issuance providing the financial structure necessary to bring the residential development to completion.
